"Issue microwave doesnt open or close on its own. Found that the drawer motor shorted due to an over spill, showed customer faulty ordrng 1 FANGTB020MRK2 (Auto drawer gear assembly)"

Customers' concerns are that the refrigerator food section is not cold. I found a defective sealed system. diagnosed a leak on a high-pressure valve that I removed and repaired the leak. I pressure tested the system once again. I evacuated to 500 microns and reinstalled the refrigerant. The refrigerator tested okay to factory specs.

Issue no heat. Found no source voltage to unit. Found breaker in the off position. No further issue with unit after turning breaker back on

"Customer complaint no heat on dryer. Upon diag, found tripped thermal fuse. Reset thermal fuse and tested function. Unit working to factory spec, no further issues.
