"Confirmed diagnosis and replaced speed sensor, then I shortened drain line, I then ran unit through diagnostic cycle to verify repair and unit continued to not spin, called techline and tested motor windings and mode shifter and found both components are out of range and need to be replaced. ordrng 1 WH03X30517 (Mode shifter) and 1 WH49X25375 (Motor assy)"

Unit has a banging noise/grinding noise. Found no issue with pulley or motor. Found that the side of the front panel plus the right side panel both are dented inwards causing drum to rub on panels making noise. Please make sure that the side panel ordered is the right panel the exploded view doesnt make it clear if it is different from the left side or not; ordrng 1 WE20X26817 (Side panel) and 1 WE20X27466 (Panel front)

Customer complaint craft ice maker jamming and not producing ice. Upon diag found ice clumping on top of ice maker causing a jam. Replaced ice maker with new. No further issues.
